To maintain Website’s credibility and recognition, the following refund policy comes into play for services offered/availed.

Relationship with the Website

A 100% refund is only application in the case the order is not delivered on Delivery Day. If an order cancellation request is filed within the first 48 hours of order placement, the user/customer is entitled to 66% of the amount paid up front. If an order cancellation request is filed between 48 to 120 hours of order placement, the user/customer is entitled to 33% of the amount paid up front. Any order cancellation and/or refund requests filled after 120 hours of order placement is not eligible for a refund. Any order brief and/or requirements that are not submitted within 07 days of order placement is not eligible for a refund. Any amount invested in Pay-per-Click (PPC) Campaigns, Social Media Marketing (SMM) Campaigns, Email Marketing Campaigns and/or Search Engine Optimization (SEO) implementations are not eligible for a refund. Should a user/customer be compelled to cancel any and all PPC, SMM, Email and/or SEO subscriptions, a notice must be shared from the designated account email address, 30 days in advance.

No Refund Criterion

No refund is offered for services already delivered, started, or any other miscellaneous charges which are non-recoverable for SoftwareEver.com. No refunds are applicable against projects mid-way through a milestone phase. Website design, web development, and mobile app development projects require extensive resources and incur internal expenses. Thus a payment made is non-refundable. Payment for hosting is non-refundable. Any and all projects abandoned or dormant for more than 30 days are not eligible for a refund. Any and all subscriptions including billing cycles will remain active until the user/customer generates (and shares) a cancellation request in writing. Read Cancellation Policy above. Any and all refund requests are to be generated via the designated email address used to create project requests from the user/customer end. Upon refund clearance, any and all entities created, designed, produced, developed and/or launched by SoftwareEver.com shall no longer be valid for user/customer use.
